50th Cinderella Classic The Original Women-Only Bike Ride

Early spring is the perfect time to ride through the beautiful rolling hills of the San Francisco Bay’s Tri-Valley area. There are 4 routes to choose from:
Cinderella Challenge route – 91 miles
Cinderella Classic route – 64 miles
Cinderella Lite route – 42 miles
Cinderella Short route – 24 miles

This is a great event with lots of options for different distances. It starts at Ohlone College and most routes head East to the Tri-Valley Area. One highlight of most routes is the Calaveras Reservoir. Detailed ride descriptions are on their website.

Over the last 15 years, Ride For a Reason has raised close to $1.62 million for public schools in Oakland and Alameda, providing resources and experiences that would not have been possible for more than 6,300 students per year. Last year over 300 riders cycled to Sacramento, raising over $125,000. As a result, twelve schools received close to $11,000 each to foster student learning, growth, leadership and success.

The 2025 Napa Valley Ride, Walk & Roll to Cure ALS is an annual endurance event raising funds to support the mission priorities of the ALS Network. By participating and fundraising, YOU are helping us get closer to achieving our vision of creating a world without ALS. We look forward to celebrating our ALS community with you in our new home: the Napa Valley Expo!

This one-day community event is designed to appeal to every level of cyclist, walker, roller, and supporter of our organization. We offer six cycling routes, a hike, and a walk & roll route to accommodate all levels of activity and accessibility.
The event will be Sept 26, 2026 starting and ending at the Napa Valley Expo (home of Bottle Rock!)
